Saturday:
10:00 - 11:00 - Every 2nd & 4th weekend Family Jiu-Jitsu.
11:00 - 12:00 - Every 2nd & 4th weekend Open mat All levels.

Membership prices:

Basic membership (min membership) £45
2 classes per we

ek. Full membership including weights and gym equipment usage (All Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and use of the weights room £65 (once more classes are back on)

Family deal (2 or more members) As above -£5 off the monthly fee per additional family member (proof required: same family name or same address). Student Membership £5 off any membership (student card required as proof)

Pay as You go/ drop-in session per class £11.50

Private 1-2-1 £50ph (solo), £75ph (37.50 each) for 1-2 people training together with private tuition. Privates for members £10 discount

Uniforms:

Gracie Barra Gi Uniforms (Gi 'Kimondo'- Rashguard and Belts) are mandatory and can be purchased through our virtual shop. Gracie Barra No-Gi Uniforms (shorts and rash guard) uniform must be used for all student's No-Gi classes. First 20 to sign up £5 off for 6-months use this link: Offer Link

Amazing day today. I went to visit a true friend of mine and my brother, who started his
Jiu-Jitsu journey when I convinced him he'd love it and introduced him to my Professor and brother SalvatorePace . Marco is now a black belt under another amazing professor, Professor , whom I was lucky to have taught me for several months while I worked on the Olympics in 2012. It’s the first time Marco , and I have been on the mats together as black belts. Thanks for putting me uo and the amazing food. 👊
