This is our ‘26 class timetable.
We alternate between conditioning and strength sessions on a two week rolling schedule. We have regular fixed sessions too: Zone 2, Barbell, and Turf.
Strength: Sessions are slower, focus on multi joint movements and look to target major muscle groups to get you stronger. If you pick one session to do, it should be this.
Conditioning: A mixture of lifting and cardio. Often faster paced, challenging your lungs and how you move under fatigue. Great for those want a bit of everything in a session.
Barbell: This is a more relaxed, yet technical session. It’s just you and the bar. Learn how to proficiently master barbell movements from more complex lifts like snatches to straightforward compounds like deadlifts.
Turf: As an affiliated gym, we have regular team based workouts designed to bring out your competitive side. These classes are intense but great fun! Perfect for those who want a challenge alongside friends.
Zone 2: Ski, bike, row, run. Focus on how to improve your aerobic capacity. Understanding stroke rate, cadence and pacing, this is where you’ll learn to control your heart rate and pace yourself for longer durations.
