Fight Week a reflection of the last 8 weeks..
Early on in the journey it got tough
As the weeks went on sessions got harder.
People dropped off when they realised how REAL it was.
But the ones who stayed, kept showing up, kept pushing and kept going 🔥

8 weeks ago, over 60 people walked into JH Fitness Academy and signed up for the challenge of a white collar fight. Most had never boxed before.
In 5 days they step into the ring.
Not everyone made it.
But the ones who did earned it

Week 1, Session 2 saw incredible dedication this morning from our white-collar boxing crew. There's a special kind of commitment that gets you out of bed early on your day off to train, and these individuals brought that energy in spades. Every session builds stronger fighters and stronger minds. So proud of the effort and focus shown today! 💪
