Right clients, Lifting Club members, loyal followers, and anyone who’s just here for the occasional chaos… 😂

I’ve had lots of you asking about a summer social, so I’d love to get something organised and get everyone together outside of the gym for once!

Before I start planning anything, what would people actually like to do?

🍹 Drinks somewhere?
🍔 Food?
🎯 An activity?
🎶 An event?
🏖️ Something completely different?

I’m open to ideas! It doesn’t have to revolve around food, but if everyone fancies a meal then that’s absolutely an option too!

Drop your suggestions below and let me know what you’d be most likely to come along to.

The main goal is getting everyone together, having a laugh, and spending some time together away from barbells, dumbbells and dressing up so fancy nobody recognises each other 😂✌️

…just a normal (yet slightly weird) gal trying to get strong ✌️

Truthfully, if you’d asked teenage me what I’d be doing now, this probably wouldn’t have been my answer. Since leaving school, I worked in early years education… and now somehow I spend my days teaching people how to lift weights instead 👀😂

And honestly? I bloody love it 🥰

Because I love helping people get strong, learn to lift weights, and realise what they’re truly capable of.

I’ve seen people from all walks of life, walk into the gym convinced they’re not strong enough, fit enough, or confident enough… (myself included 🥹)

Then a few months later they’re lifting weights they never thought possible and backing themselves more than ever.

And that confidence doesn’t stay in the gym.

It follows you everywhere.

That’s why I want to be the coach I always wanted.

Knowledgeable, supportive, respectful, and just enough of a menace to remind you you’re capable of more than you think 😂💖

It’s also why I’ll never just show you the highlight reel.

You’ll see the wins and the PBs, but you’ll also see the missed lifts, the wobbles, the frustrating sessions and the messy middle.

Because that’s where the real progress happens.

A month that felt equal parts exciting, chaotic, emotional and fun. Here’s hoping June brings more sunshine, more PBs, and slightly less stress 😂

An evening 1-1 Personal Training slot has become available for the next 6–8 weeks while one of my lovely clients takes some time away to recover from an injury 🫶

Evening spaces have been fully booked for months, so they very rarely come up!

This could be perfect for you if you:

A lot of the women I coach started out doing classes, cardio or sticking to machines because the weights area felt scary or overwhelming.

That’s why my sessions focus so much on confidence, technique & making lifting feel FUN instead of terrifying 💖
