I’ve realised I’ve never done an official introduction on here… well, not since I started this page over two years ago 👀😂
So hiiiiii, I’m Sarah 💖

…just a normal (yet slightly weird) gal trying to get strong ✌️
Truthfully, if you’d asked teenage me what I’d be doing now, this probably wouldn’t have been my answer. Since leaving school, I worked in early years education… and now somehow I spend my days teaching people how to lift weights instead 👀😂
And honestly? I bloody love it 🥰
Because I love helping people get strong, learn to lift weights, and realise what they’re truly capable of.
I’ve seen people from all walks of life, walk into the gym convinced they’re not strong enough, fit enough, or confident enough… (myself included 🥹)
Then a few months later they’re lifting weights they never thought possible and backing themselves more than ever.
And that confidence doesn’t stay in the gym.
It follows you everywhere.
That’s why I want to be the coach I always wanted.
Knowledgeable, supportive, respectful, and just enough of a menace to remind you you’re capable of more than you think 😂💖
It’s also why I’ll never just show you the highlight reel.
You’ll see the wins and the PBs, but you’ll also see the missed lifts, the wobbles, the frustrating sessions and the messy middle.
Because that’s where the real progress happens.
