Women put themselves under so much pressure to conform to expectations. We try and share a piece of ourselves with so many people and responsibilities in our lives.

The brain fog and anxiety that we experience can be really unsettling and sometimes scary.πŸ˜•πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ

It's Menopause Awareness month 🩡🩷

Being aware of your body as a woman is so important. The changes that are brought on by declining estrogen can be subtle at first. If we manage them from their inception, perimenopause symptoms can be easier to navigate.

These amazing women have the building strength and using weights πŸ’ͺ category ticked off their list each week.

It also helps that we laugh until our sides and cheeks ache for one reason or another! 🀣😍Holding each other up and supporting each other is invaluable when going through life and perimenopause.

I always feel very privileged that clients put their trust in me to help them improve their health, nutrition and fitness.

It's so hard to find time for yourself with life's demands and challenges. When you do put yourself first, mental health improves and then you are more equipped to deal with daily life and all that it brings.
