🖤Our U15s wore their new away kit for the first time today and as a club we could not be more proud of them.
💛The sponsorship was undertaken differently by two parents to represent the charity Man Down and incorporate their logo and message ‘Lets Talk about it..’
🖤The main goal of the charity is to break the stigma around men's mental health and help reduce the rate of male su***de by giving men a judgment-free space to talk.
💛Manager Matt Reid:
‘This is a charity whose work is held close to the hearts of several of our parents and players due to their own lived experiences or experiences they have encountered with family and friends.
Whilst I hope that none of the team or their opponents, or anyone in the wider community ever suffer with their mental health, it is so important to recognise the valuable work that support services like Man Down provide.
By having this statement on our kit, we hope to send the Man Down ‘Let’s Talk about it’ message even further ‘
