*Price Increases*
I've been trying to hold off for as long as possible but sadly cannot absorb increase after increase in costs. As of the 1st of April my fitting and check charges will increase, please enquire at the time of booking as increase depends on the mileage and the amount of clients I am seeing that day.

I have been asked a few times recently whether I am working at the moment, the answer to this question is sadly no, we have been advised by the SMS that our work is not essential. If any of you are having problems I am here to offer any help and advice I can via Pictures/Videos/Calls etc, anyone who had to be cancelled before the lock down is on my list to re book, any subsequent appointments since which were cancelled are on there too, as well as the clients who have since been in touch. If you wish to add your name to the list please contact Jane on 07725516774. No doubt there will need to be guidelines in place to protect myself and you to be able to work safely, this will be sent to you prior to any appointment.

To my lovely clients and friends, today I have taken the most difficult decision to no longer continue with appointments at this time, with the Coronavirus situation changing daily and growing in severity it is with a heavy heart and much regret that I have taken this step until it is deemed safe to continue. If you would like to see me once this is over please call, text, WhatsApp and I will contact you to arrange a date as soon as it is safe to do so. I will still be available via phone if you need any help/advice.
If anyone has an appointment booked in for the coming weeks/months we will be in touch over the next few days.

Prosadddles Ltd Covid-19 Statement

In light of the recent and worrying escalation of the Coronavirus situation, I would like to reassure clients that wherever possible I will be continuing to provide services as normal. If you are or any of your household are feeling unwell please contact me asap to re arrrange your appointment, there will be no cancellation fee for doing this, everyone's health is more important, do not take risks.

I am monitoring and following the latest advice from the Government. In practical terms this means that I am being extra vigilant with hand washing and sanitising in between clients.

I am adhering to advice with regard to avoiding social gatherings and wherever possible maintaining social distancing. In the context of daily routine it is not necessary to be in very close personal proximity with clienta and the majority of time is spent in well ventilated areas which hopefully minimises any risk. Sadly I can no longer shake hands or give you a big big hug.

Sadly the factory in Italy is closed at the moment but do not fear, I still have lot's of saddlles for sale, some I can lease in the short term if you are stuck and our suppliers have lots in stock too!

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns any future appointments whether that be to postpone, cancel or re book at a later date. Sometimes it's best to get a date pencilled in we can always push it back.

As a community, and as a small fish in a big pond we are all in this together, help each other, be kind and keep your spirits up, ring your friends, relatives or send a funny joke. Myself and Jane will still be at the other end of the phone even if it only for you to have a chat, moan or for advice.

On another note I have been in 8 supermarkets literally across the country in two days and still not found the elusive toilet roll!

We have been asked a few times recently whether we do jump saddles as well as Dressage, the answer is most definitely yes! Although we may be better known for working with Dressage horses, I myself come from a jump back ground we currently work with many national, international riders/trainers, amateur and professional currently competing around the world.
