First attempt at Protein ice cream and a huge success. Simple, delicious and macro friendly. I know what I’ll be eating a lot in the weeks to come.

- 30g whey protein
- 200ml whole milk
- banana ( 100g approx )

Sunday celebrations with a massive congratulations to Chloe for smashing the Worcester half marathon.

First time ever running a road race and first ever event as a dad.

Restarting my running journey has been tough to say the least but very happy with my efforts.

A very different approach to training and race day with little kids but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Couldn’t have trained harder and couldn’t really be happier, especially considering this is my first time properly running in about 4 years and first event in 7.

More to come and more to improve.
