Our popular FREE 10-Week Jump Start Programme is back starting Monday, 7th September!

If you’ve been wanting to get active, build up your confidence, or simply get moving outdoors in a friendly, no-pressure environment, this is for you.

💬 "What if I can't run?"

That is exactly why we created Jump Start! We start right from scratch with alternating walk/jog intervals. Nobody gets left behind, and there is zero expectation to be fast.

📍 Meeting Point: Coity Higher Community Centre

⏰ Time: Mon 18:30 Wed 18:00

💰 Cost: 100% FREE (led by our friendly volunteer team!)

​We officially kicked off the Junction 36 Jumpstarter programme tonight, and as you can see, the group literally jumped right into it!

​An absolute massive shoutout to everyone who came down to Coity Higher Community Centre for Week 1. Smash a 5k by August? Yeah, this lot are definitely going to do it. The energy was incredible and everyone absolutely smashed their first session.
