A quick reminder as we head into this week’s heatwave…
Please make sure you:
• Bring a bottle of water with you,
• Stay hydrated,
• Train within sensible limits while temperatures are higher.
Pushing for a new PB is great, but it’s not worth risking heatstroke.
Also, a reminder that training tops are still required at K2 to help us maintain good gym hygiene and keep the space comfortable for everyone.
When training in the heat, we recommend opting for loose, breathable fabrics with good sweat-wicking properties to help keep you cool and comfortable during your session.
Stay hydrated, train smart, and look after yourselves 💪
