NEW CLASS: Dynamic Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Join us tomorrow from 12–1pm, or Thursday from 6–7pm.

There’s no need to be super flexible, and no previous yoga experience needed. Dynamic Yoga is open to all abilities, so if you’ve thought about trying it, this is your sign.

As always, the class is included with all full K2 memberships.
