🥊 TONIGHT – SEMINAR WITH COACH NICK 🥊

We’re pleased to welcome Coach Nick to BC Boxing this evening for a special boxing seminar.

Nick brings a wealth of experience as both a fighter and a coach. He played a big part in my own development as a boxer, and many of the skills and principles he taught me have gone on to influence the way I coach today.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced and knowledgeable coach, and a session not to be missed.

Probably too hot to train but we got it done anyway! Focussed on simple movement drills 🥊 We also had two new faces so hopefully we didn’t put them off 💀 🔥 well done to those who showed up!
