“ Since joining Batcave it’s really changed my outlook on life having had a few health problems I felt I was becoming isolated and therefore had an effect on my confidence I felt I needed a challenge but to be amongst others to battle those obstacles as soon as as I walked through the door everyone was so welcoming and friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel out of place I now go regularly.the coaches are wonderful and keep it fun and don’t pressure you into taking on to much but are very encouraging at keeping you fit and understanding your needs.i find going to the boxing club has been a better choice for me than going to the gym as I found the gym to be boring repetitive and nobody to motivate me. the boxing club has not only made me feel fitter and healthier but has also given me that much needed confidence boost. I’ve also made many friends and I enjoy going to boxing events which they arrange to support each other its really helped me get out make friends and have a better mindset and lifestyle.”
