Afternoon all!!

As you know every year we do a Christmas gift collection for first days children’s charity

First Days Children’s Charity’s Christmas Collection supports families facing financial hardship in the local area with toys, gifts, stockings and festive treats.

This year they are doing it a bit different Instead of pre-wrapped handouts the children choose, the parents and carers are being given the dignity and choice to visit the shop and handpick specific gifts for their children free of charge.

Some of these kids live in real hardship and without this charity wouldn’t wake up to any gifts Xmas day!!

Every year myself and Harp Spoon do the delivery and are always so proud of what the gym donates!!

We can take collections at the gym or can arrange to collect from you!

Let’s make sure all these kids have something to wake up to Christmas Day from the big man! 🎅🏽

I’ve attached a gift list and every year they are short on the teen gifts so they would be grateful appreciated ❤️

No posing. Just people who turn up and put the work in 🥊
Rounds on pads and plenty of graft.
The team keeps growing and so does the standard.
Come down and get involved

Our deepest sympathies to our fighter Charlie who lost his grandad George Coston. In his past George did so much for the boxing community and always came to watch grandson Charlie fight 🕊️ 🧡 our thoughts are with Charlie and his family at this hard time

🥊 TONIGHT – SEMINAR WITH COACH NICK 🥊

We’re pleased to welcome Coach Nick to BC Boxing this evening for a special boxing seminar.

Nick brings a wealth of experience as both a fighter and a coach. He played a big part in my own development as a boxer, and many of the skills and principles he taught me have gone on to influence the way I coach today.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced and knowledgeable coach, and a session not to be missed.
