h to move and the desire to learn, then you can benefit from what Taekwon-Do can deliver. At PUMA we believe that Taekwon-Do is about so much more than competitions, trophies and “victory”. That’s why you’ll be welcome here whatever your age, gender, or physical ability. You’ll find yourself in a class with a group of like-minded individuals who will encourage and support your development as you train. Our classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, being taught by fully qualified, insured and DBS checked instructors ensuring our students get to learn in a safe, friendly and fun environment. Today would have been Choi Hong Hi, the founder of Taekwon-Do, 106th birthday.

I was lucky enough to get to train with him in person for 3 days back in September 2,000. Definitely a highlight of my 33 years in Taekwon-Do and an experience I’ll never forget.
