Bournemouth Joggers - Ladies Running Club Ladies-only running club commited to making running and jogging enjoyable for all women Who are the Bournemouth Joggers?

Some of us are recreational joggers who like to keep fit while others have caught the racing bug and compete locally and further afield. Regardless of age or pace, road or the trails, Bournemouth Joggers come together to show that all ladies can run! The club meet three times a week for club sessions throughout the year. We usually have two or three distances available at each club session. We als

o have monthly track sessions suitable for all standards and a variety of sessions covering hill training, interval sessions and pacing. We have a number of social events throughout the year which is a great way of getting to know each other within the club! This can include our always popular Sunday coffee runs, organised running weekends around the UK and Europe, social Saturday SUP sessions, quiz nights and more. Please contact us to find out more information and to reserve your spot at our next in introductory session*. The first session is free!

*all 2021 sessions are run in line with current Government guidance.

We’re looking forward to our annual Boscombe 10k race on Sunday 23 November at 10.30am. If you can spare an hour or two to help us, we’d be really grateful. Due to the strength of the wind gusts we have taken the decision to cancel this morning's parkrun.
The gusts are due to get stronger over the next couple of hours so for health and safety we are off!

See you next week for the Reverse Advent Calendar parkrun and stay safe.
