From Schools Outreach to National Podium Success
We're incredibly proud to see Lexi Gill representing Poole Rowing Club on the national stage at the British Rowing Beach Sprint Championships.

Lexi joined the club in 2024 through Roy and Jane's schools outreach programme, and this weekend she showed just how far hard work, commitment and determination can take you. In challenging conditions, Lexi claimed gold in the Women's Junior Solos, battling through rough and unpredictable waves to take the title. She also teamed up to win bronze in the Junior Mixed Doubles, capping off an outstanding championship.

Lexi's journey is a brilliant example of what can happen when young people are given the opportunity to discover rowing and develop their potential. We couldn't be more proud of everything she has achieved, and we're excited to see what comes next.
