I’m excited to share details of some upcoming Pilates workshops designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.

1. Posture & Core Workshop - The Pilates Approach
📅 13th June

A focused session to improve posture, strengthen your core, and reduce everyday aches and tension. Ideal if you spend a lot of time sitting or want to stand taller and feel more supported in your body.

LEARN HOW TO engage your core muscles - including your abdominals, PELVIC FLOOR, multifidus, and deep "Pilates muscles" (transverse abdominis) with correct breathing - to support your back, improve posture and move with greater ease.

Beginners / Refreshers Workshop
📅 27th June

Perfect if you’re new to Pilates or want to revisit the fundamentals. We’ll focus on technique, alignment, and rebuilding confidence at your own pace.
These workshops are small and supportive, so spaces are limited.

VENUE: ALL WORKSHOPS £30 held in the Church Room, Potten End, Berkhamsted HP4 2QY

Vitamin D plus Pilates with Light Weights Workshop:)

Build Strength from the Inside Out:

Vitamin D plays an important role in helping the body absorb calcium and maintain healthy bones. It is essential because it enables your body to absorb calcium from the food you eat. Without sufficient Vitamin D, you can only absorb a fraction of the calcium required to maintain strong bones and avoid conditions like Osteoporosis.
When combined with Pilates and light weights, it becomes part of a well-rounded approach to supporting bone health and overall strength.
Pilates helps improve posture, balance, alignment and core stability, while light resistance work encourages the bones and muscles to become stronger. Together, they can help:
** Support healthy bone mineral density
** Strengthen muscles that support the joints and spine
** Improve balance and coordination
** Reduce the risk of falls and injury
** Enhance overall strength and confidence in movement
