Bravo Victoire Magique who had his best day in the sun (and boy was it warm) when winning a Listed Race at Deauville on Saturday, trained by the wonderful Amy Murphy & ridden by world class jockey, Cristian Demuro, who gave him an ice cool ride, for Solario Racing.
He has now won three times, been second three times and been out of the prize money only twice in 10 starts. Oh and talking of prize money, he has now won over 130,000 euros!
A horse of a lifetime and the best day in my professional life...and one of the best in my life! 🏇🥇🥂

Victoire Magique followed up his fabulous win at Angers with a second in a Group 3 at Chantilly just six days later at the prestigious Prix de Diane Longines raceday (equivalent of the English Oaks!) Dropping back in distance to 1m4f wasn't ideal but he was given a fabulous ride by three-times champion jockey, Pierre-Charles Boudot.
'Victoire' won over 25,000 euros in prize money and has amassed over 90,000 in total since winning on his debut last September.
Needless to say, owners, trainer Amy Murphy and her wonderful stable staff partied into the night! 🏇 🥈 🍾 🕺

Victoire Magique a encore gagné pour Solario Racing!
This lovely French-bred 3yo c**t, trained by Amy Murphy bolted up at Angers racecourse yesterday by three lengths over a new distance of 3000 metres (1m7f) given a great cool ride by Cristian Demuro.
He won over 17,000 euros!

Solario Racing had its first ever runner in France yesterday...Victoire Magique...and il a gagné!
Victoire Magique, the14/1 shot was one of 8 runners at Lyon-Parilly racecourse, including two horses trained by top French trainers and the horses had good form, so the win was all the more impressive for that.
It's a small syndicate but I was delighted one of the owners, David Kappler, was there to share the thrill of a winner in France with me and we both celebrated in style in the gastronomic capital of France! We both enjoy the odd glass of red!
Massive well done to trainer, Amy Murphy, Morgane and the team and Lemos de Souza, who bought the horse.
Vive la France!

After Sharp Distinction was 2nd at Leicester last month, I said you wouldn't bet against him getting the fourth win under his belt before the season ends.
Well...next time up, at Kempton, he made it win #4 in the lucky last under floodlights last night! A truly deserved win for the most genuine of racehorses, so big congrats to owners Solario Racing (Berkhamsted), trainer Lemos De Souza and jockey, Luke Catton.🏇🥇🍾
Solario Racing has had two individual runners at Kempton this year, trained by Lemos - Emerald Downs and Sharp Distinction. Both have run once...and both have won! 👏👏👏

Sharp Distinction (maroon & pink colours) a wonderful, good-looking 6yo chestnut, three-times winner, so nearly made it win #4 today Leicester Racecourse. He was just beaten a neck into 🥈by the hot favourite, Twilight Moon.
"Sharpie" loves his racing, is so competitive and has given so much fun to his 1/12th share syndicate owners, Solario Racing (Berkhamsted).
With three months of the season to go...don't bet against "Sharpie" getting that 4th win under his belt...or rather his girth!🤣

Many owners and people in the racing industry know I love music and that I launched Étoile Events with Nicola Langlands earlier this year. On Sunday, we hosted our second gig, "Jazz in the Church" at St Peter's, Berkhamsted featuring the fabulous Lily Dior Quintet. Superb Australian singer Lily sang two beautiful sets of songs, including requests from the audience and she was accompanied by four outstanding A-list jazz musicians: Tim Lapthorn (piano) Tim Dawes (double bass) Darren Beckett (drums) and Chris Maddock (sax). Chris was playing at the celebrity wedding party of Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos and his bride, Lauren Sanchez in Venice on Saturday. On Sunday, Chris was wowing the "Jazz in the Church" audience at St Peter's for Étoile Events!

Wonderful morning spent on Saturday with owners at Childwickbury Stud, one of the oldest independent stud farms in Britain, dating back to 1888, which has bred many Classic winners. Saw superbly bred mares, foals and yearlings. Stud co-owner, Sally Flatt and Stud Manager, Christian Williams were the perfect hosts, so thank you to them for their generous time and hospitality.👏👏👏

Co-hosted a fabulous Corporate Partner Networking evening with another local business, 's Park Aesthetics on Thursday at The Court House, Berkhamsted. Real networking buzz, delicious canapés, plenty of fizz and the wonderful 80+ strong, Choir-on-the-Green, to entertain the corporate guests at the 800+yo church, St Peter's, Berkhamsted.

Solario Racing now has a horse in training in France! Owners had a fabulous weekend at Amy Murphy's stables in Lamorlaye, Chantilly. The French-bred 2yo c**t (what a cool dude!) had only been at the yard a few days but you'd have thought he owned the place!
The owners had a Naming Day at Amy's historic stables and the c**t even came to his own Naming Day breakfast party!
Fabulous weather, superb Amy Murphy hospitality and a great name for the c**t...Victoire Magique!
