* Get Fit for summer - interval training and running are the fastest way to get fit. The groups are of mixed ability and everyone is welcome. The intervals are timed so no one gets left behind and each session is tailored to suit everyone individually.
* Whether you are training for Pentathlons, marathons, hyrox, cross fit or park run interval sessions are going to help you progress and improve your fitness, speed and endurance.
* There are many physical and mental benefits of training with a group and outside in the beautiful chiltern countryside.
