LOOK what's back!!! New instructor Simon cannot wait to start our new Dance Fit class. 10 weeks of the best fitness class which is more like a night out with the girls....what's not to like! Every Tuesday starting 22nd September for 10 weeks. it's back!! 16th september will see the return of our community choir. Come and grab a cuppa from 6:30pm, choir starts at 7pm and we are finished by 8pm. We will be working towards another little christmas showcase which was amazing. This is in partnership with Light & Life, The Village - South Belfast Everyone welcome!

Over this next month we are supporting the "Feeling Anxious?" campaign, which runs from 10 September to 10 October 2026. Anxiety is something we have heard more and more people talk about since covid and we want everyone to know where they can get help and how they can tackle this head on. As adults we often lose that sense of play and having fun due to the stresses and pressures of every day life. We are running this social for 6 weeks to encourage adults to come and play. We have badminton, pickleball, archery and board games as well as tea & coffee so we can socialise together and enjoy an hour of fun. We promise you'll leave with a smile on your face. Start Mondays the right way. Join us for our meditation morning where we have light refreshments and complete some breath work and meditation. This class is FREE and open to the whole community. 9:30am-11:30am sept-nov. Venue: Zen Space 2nd floor above gym.

it's back and with a new community venue! Starts Tuesday 8th September and is running every fortnight until end of june 2027. Pembroke St hall is the new venue is is the small street to the right as you turn into Donegall Avenue. We have a small church carpark or you can use on street parking. Please park appropriately.
