Belfast Boxing Fitness Belfast Boxing Fitness is a club open to both male and female 18+ it's one of the most testing workouts you will experience. Questions are encouraged.

Belfast Boxing Fitness can be used either to just work on your fitness or if you wish to learn boxing or get back into it then it is for both the skilled and unskilled sports persons. Could be seen as Boxerise with a difference. A Different Kind of Boxing Gym:

From class #1 we will walk you through the process of getting fit, and learning to defend yourself. SIMPLIFIED INSTRUCTION
Everything you learn will be broken down and systematically explained in ways that are easy to understand. We take the time to explain the reasoning and science behind what you are practicing. TEAM EMPHASIS
Having good partners is critical for a positive learning environment. As you develop friendships with your partners in class, you will be able to motivate, challenge, and encourage each other. We strive to foster a sense of comaraderie, so don't be surprised when people notice if you miss a class :-)

ENERGY, EXCITEMENT, ENJOYMENT
Let's face it, you have to enjoy what you're doing if you want to see results. We address this by mixing productive hard work, with well-timed humor and witty banter. The curriculum has so much variety that you will always have something new to learn and do.
