Meet Helen, one of the strongest & most beautiful ladies I’ve had the pleasure of working with this past 8 months!After having fought Cancer & gone through chemo, Helen reached out back in January this year to join my small group, female-only coaching course, with one main objective in mind-to improve her health!Fast forward 8 months, she has outdone herself🏆, dropping 30lbs, down almost 2 dress sizes and I think you’ll agree looking fantastic✨. She has built muscle, gotten stronger & fitter than she ever could’ve imagined, has a great relationship with food now and understanding how to fuel her body while still enjoying a social life🙌🏽.I am SO proud of this wonderful lady, she has such an infectious spirit, her work ethic coming into every session is unparalleled. These are all reasons to train as well! Of course it’s absolutely fine to have aesthetic goals and physical progress is often a by-product of consistent training (alongside nutrition), but don’t lose sight of all the other multiple benefits of consistent daily exercise!

It’s not ideal, it’s not what I have every day but I wanted to show that even when life is hectic or you’re on the road (like I was here, travelling to France on holiday🚍), nutritious food choices can still be made in line with your goals!
This quick lunch on-the-go was a total of 374 cals & 31g protein👊🏽

When I became a Mom, my whole life changed (in wonderful ways🥰), but the biggest shift was the realisation of just how precious time is & how limited!!!
I formulated my Female Fundamentals At-Home program based off my own needs as a self-employed Mom of 2 who just didn’t have time to commute to & from a gym & soend an hour there 4-5 times a week🤯. I needed something I could do while Marli naps & Mila is at school, something I knew I could commit to, that would still help me get results without feeling like I was sacraficing so much of my extremely limited free time in order to do so!
I’ve helped TONS of other busy females in the same boat, improve their health & fitness, shed weight & finally find a program they can stick to👭…I can help you do the same!

To add context…exercise IS amazing!!! Everyone should be exercising daily, for heart health🫀, mental health🧠, bone density🦴, muscle preservation💪🏽 & a ton of other factors!

However, the days of viewing exercise as a means to “burning calories”🔥are long gone (or they certainly should be!)❌

Exercise burns significantly less calories than you’d imagine! What will really move the needle when it comes to fat loss is👇🏽

>a consistent calorie deficit🍽️
>dialling in your sleep💤
>managing your stress🤯
