Just because you’re good at something doesn’t mean it’s your life path. Last night’s Exponential Room was all about ORIGINALITY - and the courage it takes to stop living through the “shoulds.”
“You should keep doing that.”
“You’re so good at it.”
But sometimes the path that makes perfect sense to everyone else is no longer the one that makes you feel most alive. Or makes any sense. (Hello Trailblazer, hello ahead of the curve).
It was so powerful hearing our guest panellists Liz Melville | Cold Water Therapy Scotland Kirsty McFarlane share their living & business journeys - the pivots, the uncertainty and the moments they chose to move away from what was expected and towards what felt true for them. The success, the alignment, the impact that followed.
Leaving behind an identity you’ve been wildly successful in can be scary. Choosing a path other people don’t yet fully understand even more scary.
But there is something unmistakable about a woman who moves with that evolving identity. Who starts shining her own ORIGINAL genius.
Such a beautiful evening of honest conversation, reflection, connection and women choosing to become more fully themselves. And that originality gives other women permission to remember their own.
