💜Welcome Rosie to AM Football Coaching after her first session last night 🥳⚽️💜

Rosie is an experienced player currently playing for Ayr United Ladies she has just took the step up to the first team 👏🥳 as an attacking player, playing on the wing . Rosie has great experience playing for a performance team, now she wants to challenge herself self in a higher demanding level. She’s looking to build confidence, improve the tactical side of her game and improve game management 💪 Rosie is looking for that extra advice within the women’s game 😁

At AM Football Coaching, we’ll be focusing on Rosie’s position-specific development with tactical sessions centred around the attacking side of both roles, also looking at defensive areas of a winger😮‍💨⚽️

Most importantly, the game should always be enjoyed first. From there, you can enjoy the hard work that comes with improving yourself 🫡🔥

Building the Women & girls game together, let’s keep the girls in the game 🫡

These two are improving each week and enjoying every session together 👏

These sessions are designed to challenge the girls in their positions, encourage healthy competition, and bring out their creativity. 😎

Focusing on the close ball control, playing with both feet and movement on and off ball and repetition it all becomes natural. This is how we build confidence with the ball ⚽️👏
