🔥 NXT LEVEL TRAINING 🔥
I’m buzzing to try and get this going in the new year, here’s a proper rundown of what I will be offering with NXT Level Training.
If you’re looking to improve your game, build confidence & get fitter, or just sharpen up your technical skills, I’ve got sessions suitable for all ages and abilities.
Here’s what al be doing:
* 1-to-1 Coaching –sessions focused on technique, sports specific movements, football fitness and more. These sessions can be tailored to the individual player. GPS ✅
* Small Group Sessions – train with a couple of mates or teammates and push each other on with fast intense sessions that can be focused on different aspects of the game. GPS ✅
* Team Training – some extra help for local clubs who want to develop players in a high intensity structured training session. Sessions can be tailored for different age groups.
* Fitness & Conditioning – football-specific work to improve speed, strength, agility and endurance
* Mental Well-being Support – all sessions are positive, supportive and focused on building confidence.
For all 1-2-1 & small group sessions (up to 6), players will use GPS trackers and be able to see stats like distance covered, touches of the ball left foot and right, sprint distance plus a lot more. This is great way for players and parents to track progress and I’ve found these trackers can bring out that wee bit extra in player and motivate them to work harder than last time.
