"I became a coach because of my own story.

I grew up overweight, and playing football left me carrying a lot of injuries. But when I started training properly and saw what I could achieve with my own body, something clicked.

I'd changed my situation, and, honestly, at first that was a selfish thing. But it quickly became something bigger. I wanted to help other people do the same. To make the most of their own unique situation, whatever they're starting with, and break through the barriers they were convinced they'd never get past."
