A huge congratulations to these pair Sean McCormick and Neil McAllister who have become our clubs first ever senior black belts.

Very proud of both these men as all their years of hard work, sweat and tears paid off as they did an outstanding grading earlier today.

As a coach I couldn't be any more proud of them.

Congratulations to our 5 juniors who graded from junior brown belt to junior black belt you where all fantastic.

Sean and Neil passing their senior black belts. I think it's safe to say you will sleep well tonight 😂

Nicola passing her 2nd degree (nidan) black belt. It's tough doing it yourself but you really knocked it out of the park today 👊🏻

Finally to Adam, Sara, Brian and Roger on passing your 3rd degree (sandan) black belt. Absolutely fantastic grading, very technical and intense grading but you were all amazing.

It's days like today is why I believe I have the best job in the world seeing the smiles on everyone's faces from the young to not so young 😂

Congratulations again to you all from one very very proud Sensei 🥋💪

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TOMORROWS BLACK BELT GRADING

For those attempting junior black belt grading starts at 9.30 be there and ready to go at 9.15 😁 presentation will be at 10.30 🥋

For those attempting senior black belt or above grading starts at 11 be there and ready to go at 10.45 😁 presentation will be at 12.15 🥋

Reminder to everyone this is a closed grading and you will only be allowed in for the presentations

Good luck to everyone grading we know you will do yourselves and our club proud, you have trained hard for this day for a long time so go enjoy it and show your examiner how good you are.

A massive thank you to our guest instructors Sensei Brian and Sensei Sara for taking the class last night.

Without them by my side I couldn't run any of my clubs as well as I do. They do a lot of work behind the scenes that no one sees and keep me calm when under pressure. So from me to you thank you ❤️

Class back on as normal next Thursday which we have a big push on as 2 of our senior members are attempting their black belts very soon 😁

💥SENIORS SAVE THE DATES💥

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting movementmichael on Friday 19th June at normal class time 7-8.15pm.

This is open to everyone who not only wants to improve their ju-jitsu but also to anyone who wants to improve their everyday life.

For those that have trained with Michael before will know how good he is at his movement exercises and yoga.

If you would like to book your spot get in touch fast as spaces are limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
