For over 20 years, Louise chased every fad diet imaginable. Like so many people, she believed weight loss had to mean restriction, punishment, and extreme workouts. Despite her efforts, the results never lasted because the approach was never sustainable.

Fast forward to today, and Louise has completely transformed not just her body, but her mindset. Through education, consistency, and learning how to balance nutrition with real life, she has built a healthy relationship with food and a sustainable approach to weight loss. In fact, her transformation has been so impressive that people regularly ask if she’s used weight loss injections. Her answer is always the same: no shortcuts, no quick fixes—just hard work, consistency, and trusting the process.

Here’s what Louise had to say about her journey at Transform Gym:

“I joined Transform Gym in January 2025 and honestly, it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done.
The classes are so varied there’s something for everyone, no matter your fitness level, and there’s always great craic which makes showing up so much easier.

My weight loss has been slow and steady (no crash diets here!), and my whole relationship with food has completely changed for the better.

The biggest thing I’ve learned is that consistency is everything—stick to the plan, drink your water, get your steps in, and the results will come. I feel better than I ever have, both mentally and physically. It’s such a welcoming, safe place where everyone lifts each other up and celebrates the wins, big or small.

If you’re even half thinking about joining but unsure, honestly don’t overthink it—just go for it, you’ll be so glad you did!”

We coach movement, strength, and consistency.

Tonight, we had the privilege of being part of the Antrim Primary School Fair, following a fantastic morning at their Take Five event. What stood out most wasn’t just the activities or the challenges—it was seeing so many children, from as young as 2 right up to 11 years old, getting involved, having fun, and discovering that fitness can be enjoyable.

The future of our community is sitting in our schools, playgrounds, and sports halls. If we can help children fall in love with being active now, we’re helping to create healthier, happier, and more confident generations to come.

Watching children try different HYROX-style stations, challenge themselves, encourage one another, and leave with huge smiles on their faces reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

Fitness isn’t just about performance, competition, or results. It’s about building confidence, creating positive experiences, developing healthy habits, and showing young people that movement can be something they genuinely look forward to.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along today and to Antrim Primary School for having us. Seeing so many young faces enjoying fitness together was the highlight of our day.

This is what community is all about. ❤️
