It’s all about how wild and wintry the weather can feel at the start (it was hailing yesterday!) and how it softens into those first signs of spring 🌸

Our Pilates + weights workouts are a bit like that too…

We start strong, building heat and strength through the body🔥
And we finish slowly, with a few minutes of child’s pose so you come out relaxed and stretched 🧘🏻‍♀️

➡️Try this Pilates exercise to strengthen your glutes and legs. Which level does it feel right for your body today? Here I am adding a resistance band🧣 to add more challenge:

1/ Beginners Pilates: focus on the movement of the spine and pelvis one vertebra at the time.

2/ Intermediate Pilates: can you keep your hips level as you mobilise one foot at a time?

3/ Advanced Pilates: can you keep everything still as you lift and lower one leg at a time?

These small-group classes are designed to support you at your own pace, with babies always welcome (feed, cuddle, pause whenever you need).
