“ I just want to say a massive thank you for putting on the zoom classes. I will come out of this lockdown a lot fitter than before due to the daily workouts focus have provided. The focus team have kept me fit and strong throughout my pregnancy and I'm feeling amazing 😊 I have been able to complete workouts right up until my due date thanks to the alternatives the team have taught me. Hopefully I will be back to this family soon. But for now thank you so much, I have thoroughly enjoyed learning the art of martial arts. “

Our favourite sibling trio have been working extremely hard on the online classes, they’ve consistently shown up to every class and given it their all. We are super pleased with their progress during this period and can’t wait to have them back at the Marsh to show off their skills to the rest of the team.⠀
