Georgia Brown Pilates Body Control Pilates group and private matwork, healthy back and 1:1 reformer classes in Amersham, Chesham, Great Missenden and the surrounding area.

Group Classes:

All classes are pre-book only and run in blocks of 6 or 7 weeks during school term-time. Face to face:

Wednesday 9.30am - mixed ability - Chesham Town Hall

Thursday 9.30am - mixed ability - Chesham Town Hall

Friday 9.30am - healthy back class/beginners - Chesham Town Hall

Online:

Monday 7pm - mixed ability

Wednesday 11.30am - mixed ability

Friday 11.30am - healthy back class

Private sessions reformer sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in Amersham. Please contact Georgia for more information about times.
