SWIPE TO MEET THE TEAM →
Meet Tala 🤍
Founder of Tru and a firm believer that Pilates is an education in movement, not simply exercise. Classically trained through Pi Studios, Tala continues to invest deeply in her own education, currently studying at an advanced level with Eric Carlovich. Always learning, always teaching, and usually somewhere in the studio!
Meet Anna 🤍
Teaching Pilates since 2013, Anna is a fully comprehensive teacher with a wealth of specialist knowledge behind her. Alongside Classical Pilates, her expertise spans low back pain management and cancer rehabilitation, bringing an incredibly considered approach to every client she teaches.
Meet Emily 🤍
A former professional dancer with over a decade in the fitness industry, Emily brings a natural understanding of movement to her teaching. Trained in both Classical and contemporary Pilates, she’s passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies and move with greater confidence.
Meet Megan 🤍
With over a decade of Classical Pilates experience, Megan is fully certified across the apparatus and trained at Exhale Pilates London. What started as a way to improve her own flexibility became a daily practice, and now a passion for helping others discover what Pilates can do for them.
Meet Charlotte 🤍
With more than 20 years in the fitness industry, Charlotte brings plenty of experience to the studio. Already a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, she is now completing her Classical comprehensive training with Pi Studios at Tru. Expect an encouraging teaching style with plenty of attention to technique.
Meet Abbie 🤍
Abbie’s own experience of Pilates inspired her to turn practice into profession. Now fully Classically certified, she loves the precision of the work and the possibilities offered by the complete apparatus system. Most of all, she loves seeing clients progress through it.
Meet Claire 🤍
Claire first found Pilates following a lower back injury during her international rowing career. She qualified as a fully comprehensive teacher in 2012 and is now furthering her Classical training with Pi Studios at Tru. Her thoughtful teaching adapts the work to the person in front of her, whatever their starting point.
Meet Nasia 🤍
Teacher, Teacher Trainer and former athlete, Nasia brings a serious depth of knowledge to Tru. With a background in Physiotherapy and extensive training in Classical Pilates, she works with everyone from professional athletes to those returning from injury, while also helping develop the teachers of tomorrow.
