We figured it was about time to formally introduce ourselves. We are Rogue Element, a Lancashire(UK, sorry to those across the pond🫣)-based airsoft collective that doesn’t take itself too seriously...

If you see us out on the field, don't expect a tactical masterclass or anyone barking orders(unless it's coming from Rogue 1 or 13😱). That’s just not our vibe. We’re a casual group that loves hitting up everything from outdoor skirmishes and sprawling Milsim events to fast-paced CQB; but at the end of the day, we’re mostly there for the laugh and to run around and play soldier... with our super expensive toys.

We’ve got no time for elitism or heavy, rigid training regimes. We’re just a group of sound people who enjoy running around with some high-velocity hobby gear and having a bit of a laugh. Our team is a mash-up of experience levels. We’ve got seasoned players and those just starting out, and we love it that way. If you’re looking for a group that’s beginner-friendly and low-pressure, you’ve found us.

We’re a family more than a "team." When we aren't out on game days, you’ll often find us out for a hike or just catching up.
We’re all about building a solid group of mates who want to spend their weekends getting active, playing hard, and leaving the stress of the week behind.

So, that’s us. Keep an eye out for the Rogue Element patches and come over and say hi if you see us!

Looking for a new Airsoft crew? Rogue Element is recruiting! (Lancashire)

Hey everyone,

Rogue Element is looking for a few more like-minded lads to join the team.

We are a Lancashire-based, Milsim-focused team, but we don’t take ourselves tooooo seriously. While we love the tactical side of the hobby, the communication, and the gear, we’re ultimately just a bunch of mates who get together to have a laugh and sling some plastic.

If you’ve been looking for a solid group to game with without the intense military gatekeeping, we might be the right fit for you.

What we’re looking for:

* The right attitude: This is the big one. We want team players who can laugh off a bad hit and enjoy the day, win or lose. No egos allowed.
* Any experience level: Whether you’re a seasoned Milsim vet or you’ve only done a couple of rental days and just bought your first RIF, you’re welcome here. We’re happy to help newer players find their footing.
* Light commitment: We all have jobs, families, and lives. We don’t expect you to treat this like a second career. Just show up when you can, bring some enthusiasm, and stay involved in the team chat.

Where we play:

We’re based in Lancashire and regularly hit up local sites (both CQB and woodland), as well as traveling for larger Milsim events when the team is up for it.

Rogue Element is taking on a new mission this March! 🪖

we’ll be hitting the pavement for a 10-mile march. Every penny raised helps provide life-changing clinical treatment to veterans dealing with PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
