My weekly offseason update end of week 13

Few weeks missed ( holiday ) and busy

This will be a transparent log of all supplements etc to keep me on track for my one year build

Current set up-

Cardio- 4 x 30 120-130HR

After 12 weeks of TRT bloodwork came back spot on

So 🧃 is back in very modest amounts but I tent to grow pretty low amount and good food and training

Base t4 - 100
Metformin

Loads of room to play with as pretty much dropped most things out

Hormones -
EQ - never ran before so see how this plays out
T*st- TRT level
Tr*en- 25mg*3 weekly
Mast-50*3 weekly

Peptides - health and energy focused
NAD- 50 ED
MOT C 2mg ( upped )
Reta 0.5mg
Klow taking Tb500/bpc place, contains the two compounds but added copper and k- same job but with some additional compounds which help healing

Diet ( same )
TD - 4180 ( increase slightly )
NTD - 3600kcals

Weight averaging between 100-102 during health phase
Increase is about 6kg from

This shows the true power of peptides, doing cardio and taking health supps

Bloods look incredible tbh to where they would usually be, near enough everything bang in range

Post menopause body transformation

Too many think this is it, well this shows never too late to be your best version of you

Don’t come at me with excuses, this just shows what someone is capable of with discipline, direction and work ethic

Ill never get bored of seeing this transformation

Best part is, we are getting better each season, and this season we are making the fastest changes to date
