THIS SUNDAY: 50KM FOR CHILDREN IN NEED 💛

We’re starting November with our biggest club challenge yet. We’re running 50km together and aiming to raise £1,000 for BBC Children in Need 🐻

You don’t have to run all of it. Run 5K, jump in for a 10K loop, or go the whole way. Every kilometre counts 💛

📍 Home Coffee, Alsager
☕ 8:30am – meet up, with free coffee from Home
🔥 9:00am – team warm-up, then 5K together with multiple pace groups
🥓 Refuel – free Solace Performance electrolytes, plus bacon baps & granola pots from The Vault
👟 Then another 5K and 4 × 10K loops until we hit 50KM

💧 We’ll have an electrolyte base by The Vault, so you can refuel every lap

PROUD DOESN’T EVEN COVER IT 💚

What a month it’s been for the HØME Run Club family 🙌

Over the past few weeks so many of you have pinned on a race number and crossed a finish line, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you 🏁

Some of you smashed PBs. Some of you ran your first ever race. Some of you dug in when it got tough and kept going anyway. All of it counts, and all of it is worth celebrating.

That’s what this club is about. It’s not about who’s fastest, it’s about turning up, putting the miles in together on dark Wednesday nights and early Sunday mornings, and then watching each other do something amazing.

And to everyone who came out to cheer, thank you. You’re half the reason we finish 📣

NOVEMBER AT HØME RUN CLUB 🍂

Five runs this month, all paces welcome 👇

💚 Sun 1st – 50KM for Children in Need. Run 5K, a 10K loop or the full 50, as much or as little as you like

🌙 Wed 11th – 10K at 6pm, 5K at 6:30pm from Civic Green

💚 Sun 15th – The November 300 with Ben, who’s running 10K a day for 30 days for Mind

🌙 Wed 25th – 10K at 6pm, 5K at 6:30pm from Civic Green

🏁 Sun 29th – last Sunday run of November, let’s finish strong

Every other Sunday we meet at Home Coffee, Alsager at 8:30am, with a team warm-up at 9am. It’s all free:

Some say a picture can paint a thousand words… today we had to pleasure of presenting our cheque to Alsager Round table.

Since we launched we have always offered a free run club with food, drink & in return we asked for small donation each time. We are proud to announce, today we passed over £1,125 to Alsager Round Table.

A massive thanks to Home Coffee & Studio The Vault TFC Fitness & Wellness: Staffordshire & Cheshire for the support in this! You are amazing!

Not to mention every runner that has joined us! Without you it wouldn’t have been possible!

Our club is full of extremely talented humans, they take every challenge put in front of them. Backed by a community that we have never witnessed before.

Well done to everyone who has recently completed their races! That be London or Manchester Marathon, your local park run, or even just started running.
