🏆 ACES ARE CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a way to round off the league season for our Alsager Ladies!

The Division 7 Softball title came right down to the wire, with the top two finishing level on points and the league winners ultimately decided by net run rate! 😱🏏

And it’s our Aces who come out on top! 🏆

In only their second season playing cricket and the ladies have done an absolutely brilliant job - showing plenty of determination, teamwork and, of course, the all-important fun along the way! 😂

Aces captain Rachel summed up the season:

“What a season! I couldn’t be prouder of this incredible bunch. First year as the Aces and we’ve only gone and won the league. Hard work, chaos, laughs, and a whole lot of cricket life squeezed in between everything else we juggle. Alsager Ladies - champions, always!” 💜

🏏💚 Dad’s Day 2026 – Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support 💚🏏

Join us at Alsager Cricket Club on Saturday 26th September for a fantastic day of cricket, fundraising and community spirit, organised by Daz Tipping for a cause very close to his heart.

Our dads will be taking to the field for a fun and entertaining cricket match, with the first ball bowled at 1.30pm. Whether you’re playing, supporting from the boundary, or simply popping down for a drink and some food, we’d love to see you there.

🎟️ Charity raffle in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support

A huge thank you to all of the local businesses and individuals who have kindly donated prizes to our raffle and helped support this amazing cause.

Raffle tickets are available from the bar now, with the draw taking place during the event on the day.

💦 AND THAT’S A WRAP ON JUNIOR CRICKET! 🏏

What a way to finish with a brilliant (and completely chaotic!) water fight 😂💦 We hope the cars weren’t too messy on the way home… and that the parents and managers have finally dried out!

A HUGE thank you to our Junior Co-Ordinator, Philippa for all her hard work pulling the season together and keeping everything moving behind the scenes👏

To our incredible Junior Managers & Coaches - thank you for giving up your time week in, week out, supporting our juniors at training and matches. You’re a massive part of what makes this section so special 💚

To all our parents - thank you for keeping up with the endless WhatsApp messages 😂, getting everyone where they need to be, cheering from the sidelines and supporting our teams throughout the season 🫶

And finally… the BIGGEST thank you of all to our junior players! 🥰🏏

Thank you for turning up week after week, giving it your all, learning, improving, encouraging each other and, most importantly, being your brilliant selves.

We can win matches, we can lose matches, we can have good days and not-so-good days - but we’re ALL winning by being part of this fabulous club and this amazing junior section 🥳

We’ll be celebrating all of our junior achievements over the coming weeks on socials and our Junior Awards Nights take place at the club in October 🏆🎉

But for now… put the whites away, dry off those water guns and ENJOY THE AUTUMN/WINTER BREAK! ☀️
