Meet Miss Danah! One of our Studio Owners/Directors.💃

With countless years of teaching experience, Miss Danah is passionate about helping dancers grow in confidence, ability, and performance skills. She opened JWSD Evolution INC with Thea in 2010, and now 16 years later still loves watching students flourish both in and out of the studio.🌟 We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership, creativity and love for dance that continues to inspire our dancers everyday!

🪩This year Danah is teaching the following classes at the studio:

For your convenience, leotards, tights, ballet and tap shoes can all be purchased here at the studio! Visit us tomorrow for our Shop Night (Thursday, September 10th) from 5:00pm - 7:30pm to purchase any dance wear and/or shoes needed for your dancer.

We strongly suggest attending the Shop Night rather than shopping before/after classes the first couple weeks as it gets very busy!

Are you all set for your first day of dance?📝 Our first week of classes begins September 12th!

Parents, let’s make sure your dancers are all set for their big day! Check everything off and they’ll be ready to dance their hearts out.💃🏻

1️⃣ Know what day and time your classes are throughout the week
2️⃣ Dance Bag with Dance Shoes
3️⃣ Comfy Dance Outfit (View full dress code on our website and in our welcome newsletter)
4️⃣ Hair is to be worn up and out of your face
5️⃣ Water Bottle - make sure to stay hydrated between classes!
6️⃣ Big Smile & Positive Mindset - remember to have fun!

Meet Miss Thea! One of our Studio Owners/Directors. ✨

Thea has led the studio with passion and dedication for the last 16 years. For 25 years, Thea’s Mother Joanne Whittaker ran a successful dance studio in Mountain, ON. (Joanne Whittaker’s School of Dance - JWSD). In 2010, Thea and Danah reopened as JWSD Evolution INC. Together they have created a welcoming, positive, and fun space for dancers to learn week to week surrounded by their dance family and friends. 💜
