Equi-Soul We offer horse guided wellness programs to help you build confidence, awareness, strategies and more! Growing up I always admired them and was drawn to them.

I've had a passion for horses ever since I learned how to walk; which was with a Fisher Price horse! It took me awhile to realize how important they were to me and how perceptive they truly are. I started pursuing my passion and love of horses on a more personal level about 16 years ago when I bought my first Quarter Horse Cheyenne. She has been my rock, my friend, my constant through the good and

the bad. When I needed to regroup and re-evaluate my life I spent time with her. I learned a lot about myself with what she reflected back at me. Although it never occurred to me until recently what was happening. Fast forward a few years and I now have 9 horses and a great team with various backgrounds and training to help many more people in our community. Now I have my certification as an Equine Assisted Personal Development Coach and Professional Facilitator where I can bring my love and passion for horses to people. Nothing gives me more hope and joy then having someone else experience the true empathy that horses can portray to us. So enough about me, let's get started on you today!

Where do I begin on how to tell you about today's Held and Herd Equine Experience?? 🤯

The horses showed up in ways we couldn't expect! Every person each had such a unique experience that was so incredible to witness. ❤️

The energy was taken to new levels and every person felt so good afterwards. This was everything we could hope for and so much more!!

A huge thank you to Tara and Catherine from Fascial Connections and Diane who helped be our Associate for the day. You ladies rocked it! And to my amazing husband for all your help getting prepped for the big day! This was so special because of all of you. 😊

In this video, a teen is leading Nova through an obstacle course at liberty—no lead rope, no force, just trust, communication, and partnership.

This is one of the powerful lessons learned through Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL).

Horses naturally respond to authentic leadership. They don't follow titles, status, or commands alone. They respond to confidence, clarity, consistency, and intention.

Through activities like this, participants develop valuable leadership skills, including:

Hey everyone!

I know we haven't been on socials a whole lot lately, but it does mean there's a whole lot going on behind the scenes.

We're in the thick of spring/summer so it's a busy time at the ranch. Trying to get our garden planted and orchard put in as well as working with our clients and just doing regular farm stuff to help keep the horses comfortable.
