2️⃣ What made you want to become a coach?

When I started working out in high school I experienced a huge boost in confidence and my mental well being. Going to the gym gave me a chance to improve myself one step at a time, fuelling my passion to show up again and again. I then started to intoroduce my friends to fitness and saw their lives improve in a profound way. I realized how many people out there have yet to find their love for fitness. This made me want to help others start their fitness journey!

3️⃣ What’s your go to breakfast?

Turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, bagel and cherry tomatoes

4️⃣ What’s your coffee order?

It’s got to be the classic double double! 2 milk and two sugar!

Hey team! Today we're going over some tips for the hang clean, one of the movements in Sunday's workout Apex. Key things to note:
1. Generate the power from the hips and lower body
2. Avoid using your forearms to simply curl the weight up
3. Rapidly extend your hips to generate the momentum to bring the bar up to your shoulders

See if you can incorporate these tips into the movement this Sunday! 💪

You’ve all been waiting, and the time has come! Great to everyone who participated in the April attendance challenge; we saw a lot of you really step up your game, and we had 22 people qualify for the raffle!!! 🔥It looks like the lucky star must have been above Valentin’s head, as he was the lucky winner for the raffle!
