Sheena, this is more than a before and after.

This is the story of a woman who kept choosing herself even when life was heavy. Even when she was tired. Even when being a mom, working full time, showing up for everyone else, and carrying real responsibility could have easily become the reason to stop.

Thursday, June 18th is not just a game day.

It’s a chance to choose a different kind of energy.

Canada will be on one of the biggest stages in the world, and instead of just sitting somewhere watching, we’re bringing the match into the room while we train.

Every goal. Every miss. Every close call. Every emotion.

We’re turning it into sweat, strength, movement, community, and something you can actually feel good about after.

Full Body Pump starts at 6:00 PM, and we’re making it glow in the dark for the occasion.

Then stay for Banded Glutes at 7:00 PM and finish the night with protein shots from the bar.
