Hello Phat Fit Women!
Spring is almost here and it is the perfect time to sign up for a spring fun run. The Puma Women's Run Series hosts three race events (5 km, 10km, and a Half Marathon or 21.1 km) on May 21st in Sunnybrook Park, all in support of the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). This is such a great cause, for mother's in particular. A spring charity race is a great opportunity to shed some winter pounds, increase your metabolism with speed work, and to add purpose to your fitness regime. Phat Fit TO will be offering RUN FIT TO in preparation for the race of your choice on May 21st, commencing the first week of spring.
Run Fit TO Programs
Option 1
10 Week Run Fit program ($200)
- Starts the week of March 20th
- Training for a Half Marathon, 10km, or 5km race
- Weekly coached workouts and long runs
- Includes a race specific training plan
Option 2
8 Week Run Fit program ($160)
- Starts the week of April 3rd
- Training for a 10km or 5km race
- Weekly coached workouts and long runs
- Includes a race specific training plan
Option 3
6 Week Run Fit program ($120)
- Training for a 5km race
- Weekly coached workouts and long runs
- Includes a race specific training plan
