This is a great one! My glutes are hit or miss. My leg days usually consist of lunges, squats and deadlifts, in all variations, and sometimes I'll throw some plyos in there. The problem is sometimes other muscles will dominate these movements and I just don't feel the glute engagement like I want to. If this sounds like something you can relate to try this exercise out! I do 4 sets of 15-20 before I start training legs and it literally changes the whole workout. My glutes are much more active, even when I switch to different exercises. Game changer!!!! If you don't feel enough resistance with your bodyweight I would suggest throwing some ankle weights on.
