Growing up I was the worst eater! I was one of those kids who wouldn’t eat any vegetables (except raw carrots). It wasn’t until I went away to University and lived with a vegetarian that I started to enjoy veggies. My parents tried many different things but it was the 80’s and it mostly involved making me sit at the table until I ate my whole meal. To this day I still can’t eat shepherds pie. Totally makes me gag.
Turns out it’s a pretty common issue and luckily for me I turned out to be a relatively good adult eater. But for some these issues continue into adulthood. In fact, did you know that 1 in 4 children grow up to be picky in their adult years??
With that in mind, it’s super important we employ the right strategies to create adventurous eaters TODAY. As luck would have it I have a solution for you if you are dealing with picky children.
This Wednesday June 8th, my friend Danielle Binns (Certified Nutritionist and Picky Eating Expert) is running a live “Picky Eater To Healthy Eater” training - it’s free.
You’ll get her 10 proven strategies to help your child eat better - without bribing or begging.
