Happy, happy birthday to ! Lisa has been sweating with us since 2013 and we were the luckiest ducks to have her join our teaching fam in 2018! She's a steady collaborator in our community, providing constant support for students as well as her fellow yogi family. Lisa has a heart of gold and loves to explore and travel making sure to bring her practice with her wherever she goes. If you happen to see Lisa today, make sure to wish her a Happy Birthday! 🖤🎂
