Late cancels and no-shows really impact our instructors, staff, and waitlisted members. Honestly, Dean gets text notifications when you late cancel his class and takes it VERY personally. 😉 If you can’t make class, please cancel early so someone else can grab your spot. Attendance also helps us readjust our schedule for the summer.

The sunshine will still be there after class! Routine first, patio after. 🏝️

🏔️ REINTRODUCING SARAH!

Still our best Kijiji find 😉

Sarah’s balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, yet still makes time to move her body and get outside for her mental health. 👏

She shows up for her daughter and other kids (and now adults) with disabilities or injury recovery every single day. When her daughter was given a tough prognosis, Sarah didn’t accept it… she got to work finding other ways and she’s still out here pushing for a world that’s more inclusive than “this is how it’s always been.” When things aren’t inclusive, she finds a way (or builds one).

She’s proof that “no” just means “try a different route,” and she brings that same never-quit (but still listen to your body) energy to every class.

We’re lucky to have you in the PEAK pack, Sarah. ❤️

🏔️100 CLUB CATCH UP!! 🔥

Candice was the one who brought Mike through the doors, and while he’ll tell you he only stuck with it because of her… it didn’t take long before he started loving how he feels showing up 2x or more every week. Now he’s not just part of the community, he’s literally helping build it at the PEAK 2.0 project. 🔥

Alex has been part of the PEAK crew for a while now, and he’s all about that balance. Climb and Lagree are his go-to combo to keep his joints happy, his body strong, and his game dialed in. Smart training that carries over to his golf game. ⛳️ 😉

Congrats Tucker and Celeste!! Whether it’s Climb, HIIT or slowing things down in yoga or Lagree, they keep each other accountable and bring good energy to every class. The kind of consistency (and friendship) that makes it stick. 🙌

🏔️HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LORELLE! 🥳

Today seems like a good day to reintroduce her!

Lorelle first showed up at PEAK as a member with BIG energy and zero interest in doing anything halfway… and honestly, nothing has changed except now she has the mic. 👏 Since day one she’s been the definition of go-go-go, balancing life as a busy entrepreneur while still showing up ready to bring the hype every class! 🔥

Lorelle teaches HIIT, Strength, Climb, Lagree, all the combos, and she recently finished her Yin Yoga cert. 🙌 Her classes feel exactly like her personality: fast-paced, motivating, and full of energy. She somehow makes pushing harder feel exciting instead of exhausting. ⚡
And since it’s her birthday… expect extra energy in her climb this morning. 🔥 Drop a 🙋 if she’s personally texted you to show up. Thanks for keeping us all accountable, Lorelle. Have the best day!
