Year two at Mosaic Stadium and it was just as amazing as the first!

We brought The Commns to Regina for a 45 minute Pilates class, and even a little rain couldn’t stop us. The clouds cleared, the sun came out, and we had an awesome time moving with everyone! 💪

After an incredible turnout and unforgettable event last year, we’re excited to return to Mosaic Stadium for another FREE outdoor Pilates class with The Commns Wellness Collective!

Join The Commns from Saskatoon for a free, all-levels Pilates class right inside one of Regina’s most iconic venues. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, this class is all about moving, strengthening, and resetting together.

Entry is through the Southwest (SW) Corner Ramp of the stadium.

Meet Amy 🤍 One of our incredible Lagree instructors at Karv'd by The Commns 💪

Amy fell in love with Lagree the very first time she tried it and has been hooked ever since. She loves the unique combination of slow, controlled movement and intense full-body challenge, along with the strong mind body connection that keeps her coming back for more. 🔥

In Amy’s classes, expect loud pump up music, a supportive environment, and an instructor who always puts your safety first while helping you push your limits. Her goal is simple: help you feel strong, empowered, and proud of what your body can do.

In true Saskatchewan fashion… we started our first Crossmount Cider Company Pilates of the summer under beautiful skies and ended up with a little rain 🌧️🤍

Every Thursday at Crossmount, our classes will also support a sponsored local Saskatoon organization, and we’re proud to kick off this season with the You Are More Project ✨

Join us every Thursday at 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM, led by our amazing Commns instructors. We can’t wait to move with you all summer long 🤍

After moving home from university and finishing her soccer career, Shayla found Pilates to be the perfect balance between strength training and functional movement.
