CLASS SPOTLIGHT!

Therapeutic yoga for your spine!

All ages, sizes, and spines welcome!

This is a 60 minute yoga class, taught by Scott from Scott's Yoga. It is dedicated to relieving stress and strain in the back while also building strength and awareness in both your back and core!

This class is based on CAT - Critical Alignment Therapy. We use specialized props (the Black Strap and White Pad) to access and teach the body new more healthy spinal postures.

Students often say this class is like a deep tissue massage for your back!

Join us every Tuesday at 6pm for your date with your spine.

Two years ago, these three students didn't know each other.
They had never tried acroyoga before.
They had never been to Play Studio.

Flash forward to today and these awesome humans are celebrating their acroyoga skills and their friendship!

When you start a new class, it can be scary.

You don't know anyone,
you don't how the teacher will be,
or if you will be able to do the actual thing.

But if you are brave,
if you start,
commit to a weekly practice....

We promise you will be celebrating new movement skills and friendships too!
