Excited to announce my latest gig as a Group Fitness Trainer with ProActive Fitness. It has been a wondeful experience thus far. Such a pleasure to work with other fitness professionals who align with my goals and aspirations as a personal trainer. They are a really an exceptional crew that I am proud to be counted as one of them.

Most of you may not know that I started as a Group Fitness Trainer in 2013 because I wasn't confident enough to work with people 1 on 1. Don't worry, I am still available as a Personal Trainer and would love to help you Age Successfully with freedom, mobility, and joy!

Still feeling very grateful for the opportunity to speak and teach with the Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation. It was a very special thing to do on my 1 year anniversary of going all in on my business. I'm excited for potential future engagements with them. I mean, it's always good when it ends with a dance party!!
