Memory lane… revisited. ❤️

Just taking a moment to cherish how far life has brought me.

The journey was not easy.
There were moments of pain,screaming, confusion, setbacks, silence, and surrender…

But through it all…
I never lost my smile. 😊
Because this smile is not just happiness.
It is proof of strength.
Proof of faith.
Proof that even in the darkest moments, the Creator was always holding my hand.

“Girate bhi wahi hai… uthate bhi wahi hai.” 🙏

Every fall carried a lesson.

Every setback became a setup for a greater rise.

And today, I feel deeply grateful to become a medium to help people reconnect with their Extraordinary Self.

That silence didn’t happen suddenly.
It was built… slowly.
They tried to explain.
They gave chances.
They adjusted themselves again and again.
Not once.
Not twice.
But more times than they should have.

Before the silence…
There were conversations you didn’t take seriously.
Emotions you dismissed.
Signals you ignored.

And then one day…
They stopped.
Not because they don’t care.
But because they care too much to keep hurting themselves.

An empath doesn’t leave loudly.
They leave quietly.

Because by the time they go silent…
They have already detached inside

Today, people remember Good Friday as a story of pain.

And yet… you don’t run.

But here’s the truth most people avoid:
You are not stuck because life is hard.
You are stuck because you are resisting your own Good Friday.

You want:
clarity without confusion
healing without feeling
rebirth without breakdown

But that’s not how transformation works.
Your anxiety…
Your heaviness…
Your emotional overwhelm…

It’s not random.
Your body is holding what your mind never processed.

And until you stop escaping it…
you will keep calling it “stress”, “burnout”, “overthinking”.

The Phoenix doesn’t rise by avoiding the fire.
It rises because it goes through it.
