Shooting: Getting ourselves into a better position to shoot pucks PART 2

🔑Move your feet!!

Part 2 of moving our feet to shoot pucks sooner and more accurately. Similar to when we are stationary, it is even more rare to get a pass in your wheelhouse when you are skating into it. Work on adjusting your body in order to receive passes in a better place and score more goals!

“Cole is a unique find in youth sports. I've seen him work with kids from 4 to 18 and he manages to meet them all at their level. His strong work ethic, ability to clearly communicate and keep skaters challenged results is rapid progress for those kids willing to put in the work. My son greatly appreciated working with him and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.”
