On stormy days, always check the app or our website before heading to class. If a class is cancelled, it will be removed from the schedule and you’ll receive an email (sometimes with a slight delay, so the app is always your best source).

If you’re not feeling safe to drive, please cancel your class in the app and send us a quick email letting us know it’s weather-related. We’re happy to waive the late cancel fee.

Cancelling instead of no-showing really helps our instructors, staff, and community plan accordingly. Thank you for helping us make the best call for everyone involved.

It’s a 45-minute full-body strength class using dumbbells and bars, with options for every level. We’ll coach you through modifications so whether you’re just starting out or lifting heavier, you’re supported the whole time.
