Did you know you can strengthen your whole body using your own body weight? I see some of the best results when I am pushing my own body weight. With a series of squats, lunges, push ups and planks you will feel strong and empowered.

On stormy days, always check the app or our website before heading to class. If a class is cancelled, it will be removed from the schedule and you’ll receive an email (sometimes with a slight delay, so the app is always your best source).

If you’re not feeling safe to drive, please cancel your class in the app and send us a quick email letting us know it’s weather-related. We’re happy to waive the late cancel fee.

Cancelling instead of no-showing really helps our instructors, staff, and community plan accordingly. Thank you for helping us make the best call for everyone involved.
