My clients all walk away with a playbook of self care that outlines their optimal hours for different kinds of work (doing, listening or holding space, planning, strategizing, socializing…). When I was sick, my own grid showed I needed three days off a week to recharge - it showed when I needed to be fitting in naps (and how to discern it was necessary). The results are different for everyone depending on where they are at.
